Delivered. Separate agricultural feeders installed across Telangana. First state in India to provide 24/7 uninterrupted farm power.

Mission Kakatiya — tank restoration

Phase 1 & 2 completed. ~8,000 tanks restored in first term. Target of 46,000 across all phases; only partial in first term.

Rythu Bandhu — direct farm investmentPIONEERING

Launched May 2018 at end of first term. ₹4,000/acre per season (₹8,000/year). India's first per-acre direct farm investment scheme.

Kaleshwaram planning and land acquisition

Project designed, land acquired, tenders floated in first term. Construction began. Actual commissioning in second term (2019).

KG to PG free education

Fee waivers implemented for many courses. Full KG-PG free education not fully achieved. Significant progress in school-level.

Hyderabad as global IT and pharma hub

KTR as IT Minister attracted Microsoft, Google, Amazon expansions. T-Hub launched 2015. Hyderabad became India's #1 IT investment destination.

Dalit land distribution

Failed. Land distribution promises made repeatedly but not fulfilled in first term. Later replaced by Dalit Bandhu cash grant in second term.

Congress demanded share of Hyderabad revenue for districts

Argued Hyderabad's tax revenues should flow to backward districts more equitably

Employment for educated youth in new state jobs

Congress pledged rapid filling of government vacancies in new Telangana

Protection of minorities and backward communities
